Brought in november but since yesterday the touch screen isnt reacting to the touch and you cant load games. Its almost like the top part of the screen wont work but the bottom will.

Brought from Game, should I take it back, have reciept etc and will they exchange it for me?

bloody hope so, bought mine from the same place

Take it back. It sounds like the connection between the screen and the other bit doesn't work. Under the trades descriptions act it's not fit for purpose. They will exchange it if you have the reciept.

have you tried calibrating it?

npg1 · 29/01/2009 20:58

what does calibrating it mean? and how do you do it?

Turn it off then turn it on again, go onto the little tiny square on the bottom of the screen, then touch the yellow square on the right of the screen and follow the instructions.

when u switch the DS on to the screen the has the time and 'pictochat' thing there is a wee picture of a DS at the bottom of the screen in the middle, if you press that then press the yellow square then follow the instructions

It resets the stylus and makes sure that it controls the right place when you touch the screen.

OMg I think it worked!!!!!!!! Yay!!!!!

So how did it happen in the first place? DD just reset it to make the stylus out?

You are supposto calibrate it the first time you use it as it will be on factory settings.
