Very easy and cheap to make if you can get hold of or have got a printer and a laminator!

Erm...just make a design in a DTP prog and then print and laminate them? If you have your paper in landscape format you can fit about five to a page I should think.

Or you can probably google for printable ones if you don't want them to say something specific.
