and why

Just because he is so dear to me and I want somthing other than words that he might glance over at sometime that reminds him of the fact especially now he is older and may need a reminder now and again (so many disagreements now he's 12). I always see things for girls but nothing for boys. Tried to make something but no good at things like that. Doesn't have to be expensive just simple would be fine. Any ideas?

Why don't you make him a scrapbook of picture of him and you/family growing up - and things he made as a child.
You can make funny captions and put stories in.
Then it doesn't need to be girlie at all
