Pushchair that I can use one-handed

Can anyone recommend a pushchair/stroller for a 14 month old that is easy to use while holding a toddler's hand?! I've got a bugaboo cameleon at the mo but its just too bulky and I could do with something compact that doesn't take up the whole boot.

phil and teds or a decent 3 wheeler?
I found the bugaboo easier than these though tbh and they are no less bulky
But there might be some lighter one someone else knows?

Mountain Buggy Breeze - it's great. DD2 loves the adjustable handlebar as it means when she wants to walk, she can push it too!

And it's light!

Jane powertrack *mine is ancient model 6yrs old) pushed like a dream

someone told me a M&P luna good to push but I've never had one so don't take my word for it!

what about a buggy board? bugaboo do one for the cam, I believe.

i never answer pushchair threads but just had to...

My ancient Maxicosi SpeediTaxi (now rebuilt as the Quinny Speedi i think) is brilliant for this. Very very light to push and three wheeled so easily manoeuvrable with the wheels in swivel mode. Not particularly compact though...

Micralite, either the fastfold or the toro.

ohdearwhatamess · 27/01/2009 21:53

Quinny Zapp can easily be pushed one-handed. Also flds very small.

I find Phil & Ted impossible to push one-handed.

Mothercare Urban Detour 3 wheeler. Easy peasy with one hand.

gigglewitch · 27/01/2009 21:55

urban detour - from mothercare. that said, it is pretty big. but pushes beautifully with one hand, specifically something that i needed when i got it due to a wrist injury!

gigglewitch · 27/01/2009 21:55

x post with mckenzie - but i see we said the same thing

Quinni Speedi - I push ours whilst holding DDs hand more then she goes in it now. It is big though. It folds and you can take the wheels off, it fits in the boot of an old fiesta like that. I tend to just lift it into my car boot though but I have a people carrier.

Quinni zapps are meant to be good, lightwieght and small.

trixymalixy · 28/01/2009 11:25

Micralite folds small and can be folded using one hand.
