I placed an order yesterday for an item of clothing that was in their clearance section. Paid for it with a debit card, plenty of money in my account for the order to go through.
Had a conformation email straight away, but then this morning they have sent a cancellation email saying that they are unable to process the order, but haven't given a reason. It just says to rest assured that my card won't be charged.
The item is still showing as in stock on their site, and I have emailed to ask them why they have cancelled it, but it takes up to 3 days for a reply.
Has anyone else had this ?
