Hi there
I'm interested in buying a nursing chair but I'm reluctant to spend a lot of money (ie: I'm not keen on a Dutailier). If you have a Saplings Glider Chair and the Footstool I'd be interested in your comments.
Thanks

I really wished i had got one when pregnant (i also had a broken leg, and found it really tiring getting around on crutches then too tired to get comfortable at home). I spent about an hour in one in mothercare and it was amazing. Although i was quite keen on the poang chairs and footstool from ikea, doesn't move but really good supportive shape, and a lot cheaper

I had either a Saplings one or a Baby Weavers one. Sorry for being vague but my In-Laws purchased ours and I can't find a label on it to say who made it! So going on images from google.

I loved my chair, footstool handy but I wouldn't have missed it if it hadn't come in the package, so don't spend extra on one. Pockets on side very handy for bottles of water and my book.

Downside of mine is the covers aren't removeable and washable. Having had DD be sick all down the back of it, we attempted to sponge it off. It now has a horrible waterstain, very unsightly.

Am still using chair, despite DD being 2. It lives in the corner of her room and is her story telling chair

Thanks for this. I haven't yet made a decision but think I will go either the Baby Weavers or Saplings one either that or spend a bit more on one and not buy the footstool. I found your comments on the removable covers and washable covers very useful so thanks for this!
