Is Urchin under administration?

I bought something from their website 3 days ago and they sent me a email telling me that software dispatch system is being updated so no purchases will be processed until Monday 25 Jan. I called them just now (as I need the products by next weekend) and apparently the office is closed today. Strange thing is when I called them 3 days ago, the lady on the phone said that she will call me today to confirm whether I can expect to receive my order in time... Also, their website is not working. I am seriously suspecting that they are yet another company being hit by credit crunch...

Interesting. I thought monday was the 26th.

Perhaps it is just a system crash? The radio times website is down as well!

Just noticed they've changed the wording on their website this morning from technical difficulties to:

"Sorry
We are unable to process any orders or take any queries at this time.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your patience."

Apparently they are going out of business .

what did they sell?

Really gorgeous stuff for kids.

Teh stuff was gorgous, but you could always find it cheaper somewhere else.

What's the latest? Was about to put an order through as well. Shame. Good news for GLTC and Letterbox i suppose.

They owe me a refund of nearly £300 as I returned a faulty pram.

£300 ! Nightmare. Have done google searches but can't seem to find out anything. hope you get your dosh back.
