Hello
I need a car with at least 6 decent proper seats, am sick of the fighting lol
In first place is the Galaxy at the moment, has anybody got anything good or bad to say about them or is there a better option on safety, performance and maintence ?
Thank you

Very interested in the answers to this as we will also be looking for a new car this summer.

I also like the galaxy, but I really like the look of the chrysler grand voyeger too.

I wouldn't recommend a zafira - hired ne last winter and it felt very flimsey not at all stable

I have a galaxy

It's certainly roomy, the children like riding high up

BUT

Not v economical and the bootspace is v narrow.

We use a top box when we go on hol.

Fords are generally reliable.

galaxys are nice but expensive. We have a seat, you get a newer/lower mileage car for the money. Have had it 3 years now and no complaints.

We got a 2.9 TD 7 seater Kia Sedona for £8000. It is 3 years old, very spacious, all the rear seats can be taken out independantly so you have any combo you like.

Really economical and good to drive, I completely recommend it. If you shop around somemodels have a DVD player as standard which is a godsend on long journeys as it has a flip-down screen in the middle of the roof that everyone in the back can see. To of range models go for about £9500 if you shop around.

Good luck!
