Phil and Teds- problem with front wheel

I am having problems with the front wheel of my Phil and Teds. It is really difficult to steer and pulls to the left. I have tried pumping the tyre up but when I use the pram the tyre seems to deflate so I may have a slow puncture but how do I check if that is the problem? I've read that some people have had to replace the bearings on the front wheel. Any ideas about what could be wrong with the wheel? Thanks

im on my third bearing kit in 3m not good, my wheel kept locking. if i didn't need and love my p&t so much i wouldn't have kept it as the wheel problem has been a right pita!
