Cheapest place to get a group 1 car seat?

I'm thinking about starting to get the train to visit family as opposed to driving, but obviously they would need a car seat at the other end.

I would like a cheap but safe one, as its only going to be used for 1 or 2 days every 2 months.

Any ideas?

Would something like this be a really bad idea?

Erm part of me is saying "why is it so cheap??"
the other part is saying "they wouldn't be allowed to sell it if wasn't safe"

I know, I'm struck between a second hand one or a cheap new one - would prefer new as long as it is safe?

I know there is no price on safety but I really dont want to spend £100 on some thing that gets used half a dozen times a year?
