Hi all

I have been looking at getting this www.toysrus.co.uk/Toys-R-Us/Bikes-and-Rideons/Trikes/Steer-and-Grow-Pronto-Trike-with-Canopy(0029549 ) for my dd who has just turned 1.
I would love to hear from anyone who has used it, is it any good? It has just been increased from £80 to £100 (WTF?!) and I can't find any reviews on the net argh!

I tried this one out in toys r us and it was awful, really hard to steer. I went for the smart trike, its much better.

CrackopentheBaileys · 18/01/2009 21:11

thanks, the steering is uber important as I'll be walking older ds to school which is a good 10 min walk. So the smart trike (I'm going to look for that in a min) was just better in the steering stakes?

Yes definatly, i tried every trike in toys r us and it was the easiest to steer, my ds had it for his 1st birthday and hes now 2.5 and its still easy to push even though hes obviously a lot heavier now.

CrackopentheBaileys · 18/01/2009 21:13

did you get it from Argos?

check out kettler, online google it..
for that price you have pick of the bunch

CrackopentheBaileys · 18/01/2009 21:15

I see they don't have it in TRU anymore. I will follow your recommendation and go for the Argos one though, fingers crossed! Oh and it's £68, a big difference!

No its fine and my ds is now 2.5 and quite a big boy and fits on it fine.
