RAD ballet kit for very small toddler

My DD has started ballet lessons and I'm struggling to find shoes and a leotard to fit. She is 3yrs but a size 12-18 months in normal clothes, shoe size 4. Does anyone know where I can buy this online? Cheers

I think a size 00 leotard would fit, one here on ebay

DD started off with a 00 when she was just 3 and it only lasted a few months because it was too small. It fits DS ( don't ask, he insisted on trying it on once) now and he's 22mths.

you might just be in luck. I have got a size 00 pale pink leotard (very pale washed alot) that I am about to put on ebay.

Any use? It's tiny.
