Just been looking on e-bay and like the look of the Britax Verve but wondered if anyone has got one and can tell me if they are nice pushchairs?

Also my son is 2.5 and quite big so are they quite roomy? I walk a lot and hes very lazy so will probably be in a pushchair for at least another 6 months. Thanks

Just read some reviews and apparently they are rubbish as they tip up really easily.

IMO they are rubbish. Tip easily, small seat, tiny basket, hard to fold. Only plus is that it folds flat so I could have it behind the front seat in the car leaving the boot free for shopping

Sold mine after less than half a dozen uses.

I have one - got it when DS was about 5mths old, now 21mths. Overall I've been happy with it as I wanted a small 3 wheeler to use round town so i didn't have to use the big offroader while trying to get into shops.

One problem is that the small wheels do get caught in ruts in the pavement quite easily and so its vital that DS is always strapped in. yes the basket is small, just about fits the raincover, but the cosy toes still fits DS which seems to be rare for cosy toes - the one on his big buggy barely fit him past 6mths.

Only have problems with it tipping up when I've hung too many bags of shopping on the handle
