Size 11 studded football boots with velcro fastening, under 15 quid. IS it possible?

DS2 has just started football outdoors and needs boots. There's no way he'd manage laces, at least, not securely and safely so I need the above! Anyone got any? I really am not going to pay 42 quid or whatever for an hour a week for a term!

i just bought some (under £20 with the p&p) footy boots 4 kids

in the right hand column there are lost of boot symbols including a velcro boot one. They arrived today and look like football boots I am totally clueless about football equipment but the site was very helpful answering my daft questions.
