Was going to suggest Emma Bridgewater, just bought my cousin's baby a little heart mug for her christening.

My Dds had some Emma Bridgewater with their names on for their christening. It is lovely.

Sorry can not think of anything else.

If it's a teaset you're after dd got a lovely Emma Bridgewater one for christmas- it wasn't china but a very nice plastic one here It looks like they do real china in the same pattern

I think they are for adults although the designs are lovely for a child.
