Recently I've noticed that every 5 or 6 cycles, after a couple of hours that the display reads "0" as the opposed to the usual 2 or 3 bars, usually i think that i might not have started it properly or something, but it seems to happen so regularly. Am I doing something wrong?

Bumping for you.

If I remember correctly when to "0" appears it means the 24hr cycle has finished, the water needs to be emptied out and refilled and the cycle restarted

make sure all water is emptied after 24hr cycle and also try descaling.

If this fails contact Avent who may replace?

Def try descaling. I seem to remember mine beeping in all the wrong places when it got scaled up but can't remember what was going on with the display. I think Avent recommend using citric acid(?) powder which I found was really good (white vinegar good too but a bit smelly!) I used to have to descale once a fortnight as I live in a very hard water area.
