I need a cabin bed or a bunk bed that's 200 cm long or less.

It's for ds's tiny room. All the stompa ones are 209 cm. There's a bunkbed on the John Lewis website but it's too high. Arrrgh!

not very pretty but it's short enough

I have this one (full desk/drawers/shelf} for DS1's tiny room here

(I know ones is "fake" woond one is pine - not to everyones taste )

Thanks so much FAQ - that 2nd one is perfect! The first link is a bit too high - his room is so small even the ceiling is low!

we have this one bunks which our two sleep in.

although i'm sure it was only £130 when we bought it.

Thanks stardazzle - he'd love a bunkbed! That's not too high either. I'll let ds decide between the two I think!

have to say, I know a lot of people don't like the pine, but I do like DS1's bed. He's 8 now (got it when he was 7) and all the bits that fit underneath are perfect for him.......although I must sort him out a chair to sit at so he can use his desk LOL.

I think you can get it without the desk/drawers etc as well (so obviously cheaper).

Both my ds (3 and 5) have this one

the reason we choose those bunks is because they were slightly narrower and shorter and the height. our youngest was only just 3 when we got them and i didn;t want really tall ones. I've slept on one and its fine length and width wise for a grown up although i'm only 5ft 5.

but the price increase is strange! i'm positive we paid nearer £130 for our in may last year - how strange!
