Close Baby Carrier

I have a close baby carrier. The straps were twisted so we took them out out of the rings and we can't rethread it.

We have the instruction book but we just can't figure it out.

lay it right across your bed to give you the room to straighten it all out again - its the only way we've managed until we worked it out a bit better

Its been right all the time but neither of us thought to try on.
