Has anyone bought from 'JESTERS' before?

It's a toy shop specialising in traditional toys, based in Borehamwood, Herts.

Has anyone used them before? There are some things I'd really like to order from them, but I'm wary as I can't seem to get through to the number listed on the site.

TIA

There used to be one in St Albans, but they went bust about 5 years ago. Sometimes phone details stay in directories forever!

KWYM, but I got the number off their w.site (www.jesters.com). I rang directory enq, and they have no listing, I've also emailed Jesters and received no reply.

It's a shame as I love some of the tin toys and antique games . I'd better not risk it until I hear more though!

Thanks Ali

I sent for an accordian for my disabled grandson, probably in April. Because of a muddle up with the invoice I only sent a cheque on May 24th. This was paid through my account on June 16th 2008. I have never received the goods inspite of emailing to ask about this and had no reply to my email. From what I have read on these messages it looks as though I never will receive my accordian or any answer? Jane Hawksley email [email protected].

I've used their online shop a few times, it's always been fine but I haven't tried phoning them. The last time was around March/April.
