Blooming Marvellous - Anyone experiencing Problems at the moment?

I ordered some maternity clothes to wear for various Xmas parties - they arrived - fab no issues.

The one pair of trousers seemed excessively large for a size 12, so I sent said trousers back for a refund - at the beginning of December.

To date I have not received a refund, and now I find that the website is "experiencing technical difficulties" as is the telephone ordering and query number and they cut you off......

Anyone else experiencing similar or have any other ways to contact them to try and sort this out.

There have been several threads about them over the last few days if you do a search, looks like they are having problems.

Don't want to alarm you, but I think the company is in serious financial trouble.

Sorry to tell you this but apparantley they have been hit by the credit crunch and are trying to find backers to keep the company going.

Thanks all - figured as much and feel quite bad about mithering about the loss of £35, compared to what others are set to face - but even so - I haven't even got the troos to show for it

They are very slow at giving refunds so I wouldn't give up hope yet. Did you pay by VISA you might be able to claim through them?

I ordered 4 prs of jeans to try early December but they were all no good so I sent them back the very next day.I have still not received the refund of £88 so I'm gutted as the money came out on my credit card & i paid it off at the beginning of January.Was hoping the refund would pay off other christmas stuff.
I rang a store today unaware of the possibly financial problems but the woman just told me she'd email BM for me but they weren't going into administration.
So wish I hadn't been so organised now.I could of kept the jeans & re-sold them on ebay.
