Living room lit like a "bus shelter". So.... What do you think of this lamp? Can anyone find me something similar but cheaper?

I've come to realise that the lighting in my living room is verging on the "bus shelter" effect so would like to get a nice lamp or two. I saw something similar to this at a friends which looked really pretty but they got it from Woolies (nuff said).

I do have some christmas money so could treat myself but it isn't cheap. Anyone have any comments/other ideas?

S'ok but I'm sure homebase do something for e third of the price that looks almost identical !

I did a quick trawl of Homebase, Bhs, M&S, Argos & John Lewis but didn't see anything. Would like to pay less!
