Information required if possible.... I purchased a Playskool Tonka Bounce Back racer car from TJ Hughes before Christmas, unfortunately it doesnt work. I returned it today and got a replacement, have just got home and.... voila! this one doesnt work either. Not sure if I am doing something wrong although we have followed instructions and used brand new batteries.
Has anyone else purchased one of these toys and found it to be faulty? I asked the store manager if he has had any returns, but he said no, not one .
Not sure now whether to contact Playskool direct and ask their advice.
