Sling/carrier for an 8 month plus - what's the best?

That's it really - my fabric sling is hurting my back cos my baby is a chubster and most carriers seem to say they only go up to 12 months. Anyone got a good one which lasts a bit longer?

The resale value on an Ergo is phenomenal - you would get (at a guess) about 80% of your money back on Ergo even after a couple of years good wear. Ergos are v. hardwearing too.

That said, a woven style wrap will be even better for supporting your back. A strong weave such as Storchenwiege Leo probably can't be beaten.
