Phil & Teds Sport Front Wheel Problem - Help!!

I've just unpacked and put together my new Phil & Ted Sport and all seems to be great BUT when I have the front wheel on swivel and want to go off a step (so the front wheel comes off the ground) it just falls off! Am I doing something wrong?

i've had several problems with my p&t sport front wheel. you could need a new bearing for it? im currently on my third front bearing kit and the pushchair is 4m old!! when you push the wheel in it sort of clicks into place?

we've had problems with our wheel sticking on lock it won't swivel driven me mad!!

Sorry not a problem I have had. Just be sure it's clicked right in, other than that go back to your supplier.

Sounds like that's the problem, there's no click unless it's the swivel pin clicking into the hole, and then it's on lock rather than swivel!
Will give it another go and apply some brute force and see how we go before calling for replacement parts. Thanks for you help!!

Nicola, just spoke to my supplier and they say that they have had a few recently with this prob and they are sending me a bearing kit. You were spot on!

yes we are on our third bearing kit!!! where did you buy from out of interest? we got from oxford pram centre.
