Has anyone bought a mobile phone package through 'Dialaphone'??

We've been looking at the packages available and they seem too good to be true ...

Does anyone know if they are??

DH and I both had phones from them with o2, I moved onto o2 last year but DH is still with them, had no bother, no problems, and they are bloody good deals!

in fact - dh ended with them by ordering through the nokia website - so they're not fly by night cowboys

Me and dh both got ours through them years ago. Our bills came from Singlepoint who were taken over by Vodafone a while ago so we now deal direct with Vodafone.

kif, funny youy should say that, I thought they were my favourite call centre as they genuinely didnt seem to care if you order from them or not, so no hard sell!

I work for company that does the insurance for them! i personally would prefer to buy from a store where you know you could speak to someone directly without any hassles or call centres! but then you get what you pay for i suppose.
