Jolly Jumper Baby Insect Tent - I can't collapse it!!!

Anyone got any advice on getting the (%($#%$(#*( thing back to its flat form? It's one of those pop-open affairs, and naturally we can't get it to un-pop...

I fancy one of those pop up tents for camping - but I can see myself not being able to pack it up and leaving it abandoned if a field.
