If you can afford it (no idea if they are still expensive, they might have come down in price) get an original Mathmos one. They are such good quality. I've had mine for about 15 years and it still looks and works like brand new. Lots of people comment on how good it looks, especially anyone who has only ever seen the cheaper quality ones

I am 38, hope thats not too old, lol. Budget will go to £50 for a decent one but now have to decide what colour to get.
