because I cannot for the life of me remember what its called.

There was/is an advert for it where theres a young couple playing on the game sat infront of a window and the guy is trying to seperate some pigs with lines.
I think you have to solve some clues or something.
The advery also shows an animated dectective walking along with a hat and coat a la sherlock Holmes.

I do realise this sounds rather odd

I love you herbie tea.

My brain has now shrunk back to its original size again.
I thought I was going explode with frustration.

Thank you very much!

TheVirginGoober · 26/12/2008 21:35

Yep what she said!

Nbg · 27/12/2008 15:14

Is it good then?
I want it for myself

I have all the brain training and sight training games.
The cooking ones look good but you can't really sit and play them can you.

I wanted to get this for christmas too but couldn't find it in stock anywhere at a resonable price so i am very

Is it as good as it looks?

PurplePillowsInSantasBed · 27/12/2008 15:19

*reasonable even

muggglewump · 27/12/2008 15:29

We have it and it's fantastic. I went to have a quick look last night and ended up playing it till 4am! DD wouldn't get it at all, she's 7 but for older kids and adults it's great.

Some of the puzzles had me stumped for ages but oh so satisfying when you finally get them. The story is quite fun too.
I can't reccommend it enough.

Nbg · 27/12/2008 15:31

Oooh great!

I've seen it in Argos for £29 but its out of stock where we live and its not available for home delivery either.

Its £45 in some places!

Oh fabtastic

definately on my wish list then

muggglewump · 27/12/2008 15:37

I know a lot of you don't agree but without knowing who does and who doesn't, I'll say it anyway. If you have an R4 card it's easily available. It's how we have it.

Nbg · 27/12/2008 15:38

Can you explain those cards anymore muggle?
I dont understand them.

muggglewump · 27/12/2008 15:58

It's a memory card. You buy it and then you can download games onto it.
I got mine from Amazon for £16. It's a 1GB but AFAIK you can use up to 2GB on a DS.
We have 11 games on it and I still have Lego Indiana Jones to put on. You can then delete and put new games on as you wish.

MrsWeasleyStrokesSantasSack · 27/12/2008 16:08

Oh I fancy that game but was put off my the price.

Nbg · 27/12/2008 16:13

I might mention it to dh. Could be good for dd.

I've just been looking online and the cheapest price I have found is £24 with WHSmiths but its out of stock.
Littlewoods have it for £33 but there is a £10 off code on HUKD, again out of stock.

I'm hoping I'll be able to get one instore.

muggglewump · 27/12/2008 16:22

I guess it depends on whether you agree with it or not.
I don't have a problem with it and I can't complain at having 12 games for nowt.

Anyone who is fine with downloading should get one. Fab things!

PurplePillowsInSantasBed · 28/12/2008 00:34

i have just downloaded it from here all you have to make sure is that it says E or U next to it

It's amazing

Thank you so much IAmTheNewQueenOfMn without you I wouldn't be as happy as pig in shit

IAmTheNewQueenOfMN · 28/12/2008 00:55

LOVE YOU TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Linnet · 28/12/2008 00:56

dd1 got this for christmas and I've been playing it for hours, I'm addicted. Sadly there are some puzzles that I just can't do mainly ones involving things like work out the area of this triangle. Maths was never my strong point so I'm really struggling on some of them but I'm determined to finish them all.

But it is a great game, glad she got it.

IAmTheNewQueenOfMN · 28/12/2008 00:57

this may help
