Bebe confort Loola?

I am rying to advise my cousin who is pregnant on buggies as I have had many in my time! She has narrowed down to a sliver cross 3d or bebe confort loola. Can anyone give any reviews on the loola please?

heavy but then so is the 3d. both of these would be ok for newborns but then as child gets heavier she will notice the weight!
