anybody know the name of this site?

Hi everyone

I've been racking my brains to remember the name of a site that gives info about promotions, vouchers, money-off deals, etc, etc. It was possibly "the something shopper", but I haven't been on it for more than a year and though I've googled it, I've not been able to find it. It was started by two women, because I first read about it in Family Circle! Can anyone supply the name? Thanks in advance
