Class photography-does anybody else think they're a rip off and did you get a refund?

The dc's school photo is laughably crap ie completely out of focus. You can't see from the tiny example you get sent,it's only when the big one arrived that it became apparent.

Is it unreasonable of me to ask for a refund?

Not at all.

Not sure if I'll get one but I'll ring Monday.
