Curtains I bought online are a completely different colour..

I bought these curtains online. They arrived today and they are a completely different colour and tone. They are in fact a pale mint green.

Two questions

1. Do they look pale mint green on your computer?

2. They state on the website that they do not refund delivery costs unless the items are faulty. I don't think this is fair if the description on the website is so inaccurate. What should I do?

Which did you order? That link goes to the search page rather than to specific curtains.

Oh sorry. I'll try the link again but if it doesn't work again I got the teal, plain, ready-made curtains.

They look blue to me. Have you phoned them up and complained?

I've written an email. They arrived at 5.30 yesterday and they were closed. No reply yet.

Wait to see what they say, you are covered by the sale of goods act if they are not as described. You can legally return them and get a refund as they were not what you ordered.

Thanks Scrooged. I'll mention that act if I need to. PErhaps I'll show them this thread if need be to demonstrate that the colour is misleading.

They look blue in that picture but the colour chart on the first link is a minty green colour for Teal.

i think someone just sent you the wrong ones tbh.

Maybe the item codes will show you, if you ring them.

I think the chart was to show the range of colours that were broughtup under 'teal'. If you look under 'blush' it brings up all shades of red.

It does say teal on the packet, but it's not teal or the colour on the website.
