A kid's DJ Deck.
A friends little boy has one (sent from abroad I think) and it looks like a mini deck and plays little sample tunes that you can change speed, instrument, style, etc. The kids love it and have little discos with it! It is not like the ELC drumb one though (didn't have very good write-ups on their site).
For a 4 year old.
