Maclaren XT - all the buttons are STIFF!!

is this normal? i can hardly bloody open the thing, takes forever to close, and have just battled to undo the harness with no success! am not pleased, may have to ebay the thing.

Ours was stiff too and my mum seriously struggled to open/close it. It took some use but the harness is now easier.
