Out n About Nipabout...any good for toddler?

he's 17m old not overly tall but quite chunky is the seat/harness big enough?

how do they cope all terrain? am thinking of giving up my p&t for one.

I have 20 mths old twins in my double version and ds2 is a big one for his age - I we love it
