Has anybody else had a major problem getting a refund off GLTC?

I was due a refund Aug/Sep still not had it after 3 phone calls and 3 promises that my credit card was refunded(it hadn't been). Just rung them again same old,same old,they're not really bothered.

My credit card company are being great and think they will be very helpful in getting the money back.

Apparantly their system is at fault, although they manage to take money out of my account perfectly well, they have no record when money doesn't get refunded even if they are looking into a case . Just wondering if others have experienced this and if they got a refund eventually.

I was going to place an order with them this week but heard lots of rubbish things about them, don't think I will now

everything i have ever got from them has broken very quickly, got dd a dolls house for xmas last year, it was in bits by the end of xmas day, it took them until april to refund. they didnt argue about me having the money back, just took forever to do it.

Ditto Nancy have a letter dated 3 Sep saying 'we have credited your card with £18" errr no it's now Dec and you still haven't!!!!!!!!

The couldn't give a shit attitude from the people you speak to is laughable, I definately won't be using them again.

I placed an order for one of those gallery bookshelves - after getting 3 faulty ones, I asked for a refund. I eventually got credited £50.05 but paid £55!!
Their customer service throughout was shocking - never again!

Yes, last year. Charged me for something that was out of stock. Took a lot of phonecalls and emails to get them to sort it out (took from Nov 2007 to Feb this year). Very frustrating.
