Pushchair advice (again!)- for a big baby

I posted something similar a while ago but wanted to test the waters as I am not entirely happy with the choice I made! Ds is almost 10 months old and weighs 13 kilos so is pretty big. I have the Mamas and Papas Pliko but it is getting a bit knackered so am looking for something different.

I walk a lot and often have a load of shopping as well as dd's book bag, lunch bag, various coats, bags etc to carry home so something with reasonable space underneath would be great. Other requirements are
reclines fully
has separate handles rather than a bar at the top iyswim
hood and raincover
NOT a 3 wheeler!
cosy toes would be good.

I am so averse to buying new so if anybody has any tips on 2nd hand ones please please let me know. I have a small one that I keep in te car so it doesn't need to be easy folding or compact etc. The bdget depends on what I can find but the cheaper the better...

Hmmmm it doesn't complete fulfill your criteria but a bugaboo frog because they are so easy to push with a big & heavy toddler in them. You can get bag clips to go on the handles to carry more shopping.

Maclarent techno XT - small shopping basket though

Thanks.
I did consider the XT but wasn't sure about the shopping basket. Even secondhand the Bugaboo is more than I'd like to pay

Silver cross pop is very similar spec to XT but also has small basket. Silver cross dazzle takes up to a much bigger child (can remember what now but my dd is very tall and heavy for 23 months so was important for me too!!)

Personally I find a single handlebar sooooo much easier to push, especially with a lump of my dd and if I have to hold another little hand as well.

Pliko swithc? One of the colours is half price at the mo, 1legmummy was thinking of selling hers on here?

How much are you looking to spend I have an original original frog in VGC if you're interested
