The Pyjama Factory.Com has anyone used them, my things must be in cyber space

I have ordered some pj's on 5 Dec, and not heard a thing back from them. Payment has been taken from my paypal account on that day.

They only have an email contact on the website and no telephone number. You'd think I'd have more sense!

So today I had an email from them saying
"Your order has been updated to the following status.
New status: Processing"

Maybe and e-commerce site would think of adding a few more words to reassure customers. Still not telephone number which I asked for.

If you see dds pj's in cyber space please forward them to wotz, or let me know you have seen them in "processing" land.

I have had an email today 17 Dec, to say the money has been refunded and they are out of stock.

When I checked, my paypal account was refunded on 12 Dec .

Dd2 was really hoping Santa would bring these. I am on an ebay hunt now and have tracked some down.

I have actually broken my MN break to update this thread, because I am so annoyed.
