MP3 player - siutable for 9 and 5 year olds.

We're thinking of getting the DSs MP3 players this Christmas - as cheap as possible - but there seem so may out there- I'm confussed!

Any recomendations welcome.

ipod shuffles are very cool

So here is a really dumb question...can you get speaker thingies for an ipod shuffle?

You can use conventional speakers like you would have for an old cd or tape walkman and I think Apple do make a genuine Shuffle speaker set, but your average iPod dock with speakers won't work.

So are the really cheap £10 OK for kids?

Probably. I'd consider going a little more expensive your your elder child, though.

iPod shuffle are good, Nano if you want to spend a bit more.

nanos are lovely. Expensive though.
