I am so fed up. About a year ago I complained that my glasses arrived broken so they said I had to send them back. Granted I didn't send it back registered but they claimed to never had gotten them then said they didn't even have a record of my complaint.
Then I waited and waited on several objects for months then just to be told they were out of stock.
Today the strap on my Nappy Bag broke. They said that I had to send it in so they could have a look at i Would probably take several months she said. After the glasses I don't want to send anything back.
Anyone else had these problems?
