I've had my P&T for a few months now and I'm really pleased with it. However, I'm doing something wrong when I'm unfolding it and I can't quite figure out what.
I'm placing the folded pushchair on the ground with the rear wheels towards me. Then I'm holding the frame on either side, next to the seat and pressing the grey button to unlock it. Then I'm lifting the frame so that the front wheel comes down, but this is where the problem starts. I am having to use my foot to kick the front wheel forward while I'm lifting the whole puschair and I'm scraping the top of the circular bit where the wheel is attached on the ground. I don't seem to be able to manage to unfold it without the handlebar touching the ground either which is not really ideal because I'm usually in a muddy field when all this is going on.
I've even referred to the instruction manual which was no help and even the annoying lady on the kiddicare video demonstrations didn't have the solution to my problem.
There must be a way to unfold it without damaging it! Please help me!
