For about £150 what double buggy would you go for?

I have found a 3-year old P&T with double kit in good shape (with rain cover, buggy liner and cocoon)for £150 but am now wondering whether I should rather go for a new cheap double buggy instead. Some of the Graco ones seem to sell for around the same price new. Is P&T winning hands up?

DS is now 19MO and new baby is due in February.

Yes I'd go for the 2nd hand P&T. Sounds a fab buy, you'd recoup your money easily when time to sell. Can also use as single if only one child needs it and much easier to push than the Graco.
