Would anyone like to help me shop for a white single bed for dd?

I need to get dd (4) her first big girls bed!

Does anyone have any fab suggestions about where to get one from online? Or should I go to a shop - which would be a real pain given where we live - online would definitely be easier

I currently like both of these but am undecided! here

this one is very girly

Santa - yes that is nice too!

I am slightly nervous about buying a bed from Argos, not sure that I need to be?

Also I cant decide whether to get her a traditional bed that will last for years - potentially or a mid sleeper with a tent underneath - that she will love now but will probably tire off soon enough

My bed and DD's and DS's were all argos beds. Frames are good and sturdy, but I have always purchased my mattresses seperately as I think thats the most important bit.

We went for a traditional bed for DD very like the one I linked to. Mainly as once I have spent good money on something I want it to last.

It will be fine for her right into her teens, and she has a big enough room not to need the features in a cabin bed IYSWIM

We have this for DS Ikea Day Bed and is great for storing his linen, etc..

Meant to add it's very sturdy and their mattresses come with a 25 year guarantee!

I got my DD's bed from Aspace. It might be worth a look - they have a good selection. Her bed seems sturdy enough, and is comfy (I have slept in it!). It wasn't cheap but I do expect it to last her for ages.

I have had the same problem. I am planning on buying this for DS as soon as Christmas is out of the way.

MrsHappy - Aspace wins! Now I just need to choose which!

Nantucket bunk bed, oundle or vermont

The kids would love a bunkbed but I know they will practise jumping off the top - arggggggggggh!

That is the one that my DD has I think. She likes her a lot.
