Does anyone have one of these?

I really love it but it is very expensive. We already have everything for our new baby as I'm a Childminder and also have essentials from DS so don't need to buy anything so feel I can justify spending this much on a changing bag but is it really worth it? What's it like?

I just feel like I want to buy something new.
