dh hinted about getting me one for xmas to halt the onslaught of paperbacks

I've never heard of them, can you still read in bed without being plugged into the mains?
Can you get any book?
How much does a book cost to download?

my friend has and I have borrowed it and it';s fab. She had books on there so I don't know how much it was but it was great for the commute. You charge it look a moile phone, the one I used didn't have a light so it's just like a normal book but lighter and with a choice of things to read.

I think the sony one is about £200 but if your dh has a train / tube commute then I think it might be worth it.
