pram sighted but no chance to check make! hope someone can help!

hi there
i saw a pram recently which had a forward facing toddler seat and "on top" a baby seat for a new born which faced the parent. i think it was from the US, but i am kicking myself for not having the presence of mind at the time to ask. if anyone can help i would be very grateful!
