The new one has nicer fabric, only goes up to 13kg not 15kg (not sure why), has a new safety feature which I haven't quite worked out.
Other than that it's really very similar.

apart from the massive price increase i can't see much difference (i have the old one, my friend has the new one)

the fabric is different- a bit thicker and more stretchy. The reclining mechanism is easier, the old one is a bit clunky and not really possible to do with the baby in the bouncer, with the new one it glides more than clunks.

the toy bar is extra, with the old one it came with it.

i'd try to get an old one second hand if i were you. they last really well. Mine has gone through extensive use with 2 DDs and is still absolutely fine. If you do go for the new version i have seen them on kiddicare.com
