I have bought a buggy and it has no footmuff, so I need something to keep DS warm. What do you recommend?

Dd loves her buggysnuggle, soft and fleecy but I bought the lightest one so its not too thick (she doesn't like being bundled).

Handy because they attach to the buggy and you can zip the top half off and leave the bottom as a line, plus a handy toy/dummy/snack pocket on the front.

I have got a buggysnuggle from here and it is very warm and also looks nice. However when I started using it on my maclaren buggy as opposed to my pushchair I thought it was a bit long. Even when I tied it to the very top of the buggy it still trailed the ground sometimes.

agree its very warm -even lighter ones are snuggly (I used it in july as liner for dd).. its a bit of a faff to put on but once on very secure -and as giraffe says has handy pocket, washes well etc

Buggysnuggles are lovely, there are always some in the sale on the buggysnuggle website some are only £20, bargain.

Has anyone used one on a Silver Cross Pop?

I got a lovely fleecy one from littlesnuggler.co.uk and it's still looking good a couple of years on.

I have a pop and got a buggysnuggle on it, it's lovely and warm and I love it so much, got it here daisy-may.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=25 really really quick delivery

ps bought the pop footmuff when I bought it and hardly used it, it's now too short for DD

I have this one on dd's maclaren techno - I love it!!

Its toasty warm, washes beautifully and is lovely and bright (which gets loads of admiring remarks)

I've ordered one, was £51.00, now £20.00!

Another question!
Can you still fold the buggy up with the Buggysnuggle on?

I am a HUGE fan of buggysnuggles!! my ds3 loves cuddly things and blankets so a far better option for us than a bulky footmuff. i can fold my maclaren quest with the snuggle on so you should be fine with the pop. the thicker ones are super warm would certainly recommend them!

wastingmyeducation · 04/12/2008 14:59

Ooh I hope so, thank you!

I've had a buggy snuggle for four years and it's still going strong. Fantastic for keeping sleeping babes and toddlers warm. I've used mine on a maclaren techno xt and a phil and ted's.

misdee · 04/12/2008 15:14

did u get the blue harlequin? i have that one and i love it.

wastingmyeducation · 04/12/2008 15:32

The caramel/brown swirly one, the harlequin looks nice too though. I'm very into browns etc. And it will go with DS lovely 'burnt orange' coat. The poor love is going to grow up looking like a 70s knitting pattern!
