Cheeky Wipes

Has anyone ever used them? Are they any good?

You can get the individual components for much less!

A couple of packs of flannels from Ikea- last time I looked they were 10 for about 3 quid.

A couple of plastic tubs, a couple of waterproof sponge bags and a bottle of tea tree oil.

We used washable wipes, and they're great, but you don't need a manufactured set with cute logos- do it yourself!

Really Tissy, it had never crossed my mind, we already use reusable nappies so it wouldn't mean any more washing or anything for me.

Where abouts can I get tee tree oil from then? Also do I just soak the flannels in water and add a few drops of oil?

you can get it from eg Holland and Barrett, but here is where we get ours from, it's much cheaper to buy in bulk!

25ml bottle of organic tea tree oil for £6.54

25 ml will last you years!

We just used flannel and warm water with a bit of mild soap to deal with poo!

Out and about, just a wipe and water. if you have a look about on the internet, you can find various recipes for wipe solution, involving water, olive oil and essential oil. It was a few years back, so I can't remember them!

yep just use old flannels. if you have an old towel just tear that up.

I just run them under a warm tap when needed. don't ever use anything else.

Thankyou, I've got some old terry squares that I no longer use as nappies I'm going to use them. Thank you.
