Is the SilverCross pram liner the same as the Mamas and Papas one?

Mamas and Papas no longer sell the pram liner that turned their prams into a pramette. Whilst out today I noticed that the silvercross one looks very similar to the M&P one.

On ebay you can get brand new silvercross liners very cheaply compared to the 2nd hand M&P ones. Does anyone know if they are the same or similar?

I have a mamas and Papas o-zon if that helps.

Thanks

My friend has the silvercross one and it seems smaller I think.

You can buy an M&P Mypod cheapish I think. Will help you look

Which colour do you need?

Mypod carrycot

You can buy different coloured liners for these to match your pushchair.

Thanks. I have got a my pod so I can use the pushchair as a pram, but the problem is I only have a small car and the pushchair takes up most of the boot. When I only had 1 dc it was fine cos the carrycot went on the back seat, but once I have 2 this won't be an option.

Still I suppose it has saved me some money!

Thank you for your help though. The mypod is excellent. We have used it when staying away overnight. Might try and get an extra cover though as I seemed to have to wash mine lots (Damn those leaky nappies).

Is there any way that you could put the my pod liner directly onto the pushchair and use it as a pram liner? I used the pram liner on my p3 and thought it was awful as I had to put a towel underneath it to make it sort of flat for the baby to lie in, ended up only using it for about a month as I ended up turning her around to forward facing

The my pod liner does fit on the pushchair but only when the pushchair is forwards facing. You can't use it as a pramette liner because the straps aren't removable.

It's interesting that you didn't like the pram liner though. I have never seen one in the flesh so it's good to know you didn't really like it.

Sounds like I am best off with the my pod and trying to squeeze it into the car somehow.

Yes I personally thought it was a waste of money, I just didn't like the way the baby lay in it, to me it didn't look comfortable at all. You are probably better off with the mypod

Thanks, I'll look forwards to spending the money on something else then
